Food Sensitivity Test

(Hair Sample Analysis)

This test is designed to help you better understand how your body may be responding to certain foods, nutrients, and environmental exposures that can contribute to persistent symptoms or stalled progress.

Rather than guessing, trial and error, or cycling through diets, this assessment offers a broad, informational snapshot that may help guide more intentional lifestyle and nutrition decisions.

How the Test Works

The process is simple and non-invasive.

• No physical testing kit is mailed to you
  

• Collect Your Sample
  Pull about 10 strands of hair from anywhere on your body (minimum 1 inch / 2.5 cm in length).
  Dyed hair is fine.

• Seal & Label
  Place the hair in a small sealed grip/zip bag.
  Label the GRIP/ZIP BAG with:
  • First & Last Name
  • Birthdate (MM/DD/YYYY)
  • Email Address
  
  Place the grip/zip bag inside an envelope.
  Label the ENVELOPE again with:
  • First & Last Name
  • Birthdate (MM/DD/YYYY)
  • Email Address

• The doubling of info works as a precaution!
  

• Package for Mailing
  Place the labeled envelope inside another envelope, for your main mailing envelope and address it appropriately, sending to our address below.
  

  Please do not:
  • Use metal foil or metallic packaging
  • Add additional items to the bag or envelope (this can interfere with testing)

• Mail Your Sample
  Samples are processed Monday–Thursday only.

• Receive Your Results
  Results are sent via email within ~2 weeks of receiving your sample.
  Printed reports are not mailed.

• Schedule Your Optional Consultation
  Your test includes a complimentary 30-minute results review to help you understand the report and plan next steps (optional but recommended).
