You Don’t Rise to Your Goals. You Fall to Your Systems.
April 27, 2026
One of the biggest issues I see is people being honest with themselves, which makes my job that much harder AND why I get the most intesting looks when people find out what I do, but, "I'm on a roll like Cottonelle, I was made for all of this ish!" 😅
Some people started the fast strong. Some people “kind of” started. And some people said they were going to start…but never really got going. And that’s okay.
Because this ain’t about shame. It’s about understanding something most people miss.
Success is rarely about intention.
It’s about systems.
Everybody has goals.
--Lose weight.
--Heal the gut.
--Break cravings.
--Get energy back.
--Feel better.
Goals are easy.
Systems? That’s the hard part. Because a goal is where you want to go. A system is what gets yo u there. And most people don’t fail because they don’t want it. They fail because wanting it and building for it are two different things.
Motivation Is a Terrible Plan
Motivation feels good.
Until life happens.
--Stress.
--Schedules.
--Kids.
--Fatigue.
--Emotions.
And suddenly…the thing you said mattered most gets pushed. And it ain't because it doesn’t matter...it just wasn’t built into your life.
That’s what a system does. It protects the thing that matters.
Systems Remove Negotiation
When you have a system, you don’t wake up asking if you’re doing it. You already decided.
Your groceries are ready.
Your liquids are prepared.
Your support is waiting.
Your community is checking in.
Your next step is clear.
No guessing. No “starting over.” Just movement.
This Is Why Programs Work
And it ain't because the information is magical. It's just that the structure changes behavior.
A plan. A timeline. A process. Support. Accountability.
That’s what creates momentum. That’s why people inside structured environments often succeed faster than those trying to “figure it out.”
They aren't necessarily stronger, but they are supported.
If You Fell Off…
Good.
Now you know...
You don’t need more motivation. You need a better system. And systems can be rebuilt.
Today.
Not tomorrow. Not next Monday. Not next month.
Today!!
Snack on THIS
A goal gives you direction. A system gives you results. And if your old system created your current reality…it may be time to build a new one.
That’s what we do here.
Step by step.
Together.
